The evening was attended by a stunning array of sevens including a series 1, chassis Nš 470 quite a rare beast as the numbers started at 400! A lively car park discussion and tyre kicking session followed. With Dave and Linda recounting their own local muddy deluge on Sunday morning, and Nifty flushed with pride as he showed off his newly finished car. It looked simply superb. Well done to everyone who took part in it's reconstruction.
Mind you it should have done as it has taken no less than seven months to complete!
Does 20% more throttle mean he will be able to keep up on those long Scottish hills next year, we hope so.
It may be that Nifty, with his photographic proclivity will want to regail us with countless hours of records of the mammoth construction. As I understand he took countless feet of film during the project. Lets all hope he put some film in his camera!
Does anyone ever keep a note of the numbers attending each meeting.
